I badly cut my finger on a circular saw on march 15th. I saw practice nurse on the 16th who together with doctorr treated the finger and sent me to a&e They gave me a letter. a&e at Queen Elizabeth hospital were very efficient and further treated me. Subsequently I have had my finger dressings changed by manor farm nurses. everyone I have come into contact with from reception to nurses have been caring, kind, compassionate patient and cheerful. I am a male in my late seventies. The team is very professional, experienced and efficient. My finger is healing well. I felt relaxed and well cared for. I highly recommend this excellent medical practice.

Thank you to all of the team who were involved in triaging me on Friday from the Reception staff to the doctor. Thank you so much for agreeing to see me that day and then referring me to the QE. My eye had a corneal ulcer which was infected and I dread to think what would have happened if you hadn't helped me so well.

Having visited the Doctor for a chest infection ,arrangements were made for me to have a respiratory test and a diabetic test within a couple of weeks. The staff could not have been more helpful or professional

My experiences over the last 18 months or so have been excellent in every way. Lovely,helpful receptionists, caring professional nursing staff, who have been a tremendous support to me. Thank you!

Visited the surgery earlier this week complaining of severe stomach pains. Returned the following day with faecal samples and for a blood test. Result of samples and a prescription for antibiotics delivered inside 24 hours. Recovery now on course. Much impressed, and relieved, by the quiet efficiency of the staff, and the speed with which they addressed my complaint.

It's very distressing to read so many negative comments about Manor Farm on a local chat website. My Sister and I have been patients here for 11 years and have always received excellent and caring service from many different members of the team during that time. This is particularly true of the last few years when both Covid and staff shortages have made life doubly difficult for the practice. They have dealt with it admirably, and continue to do so. It's particularly saddening and unjustified that one doctor was even described as "infamous"; when he always gave unstintingly of his time and skill. We seem to live in a very angry world these days and I hope this review will go some way towards redressing the balance.

Been with the practice my whole life(45 years). To them you are merely a statistic, a number, and are treated as such. On the rare occasion I do have to go, I never see the same doctor and could not actually tell who my doctor really is. Would not recommend.

I read the following: If you have been advised by the surgery that your medication review is due, please use our Medication Review form. However, when I click on 'Medication review Form' I read: 'How embarrassing, this can not be found'. So: how do I in fact apply for a medication review online ? In every other respect I consider myself and my wife lucky to be patients of Manor Farm - medical treatment, administration, dispensary, are all competently and considerately and cheerfully carried out.
