    Excellent service, from booking appointment getting test results and plan of treatments. No hanging around waiting for results.

    Castlemead Medical centre is outstading in the way it treats you. This is very caring and helping practice. The staff want to get the best for you. As a patient it is wonderful to be looked after so well. The practice is run in a very effect way . Thank you CastleMead Medical Centre.

    I rang Castle Mead Medical Centre at a few minutes past 8am on Thursday 2nd February 2023. I took the ring back option and got the callback about 10 minutes later. I had a conversation with a very pleasant lady who even suggested that I should have a double appointment with a GP and booked it in for later that morning. According to the newspapers a lot of people are complaining that they can’t get GP appointments for one reason or the other. Castle Mead seems to be bucking that trend and as such I think they deserve congratulating.

    Have moved to the area & I’m so glad I chose to join Castle Mead Medical Centre… what an excellent practice with caring staff. They have been extremely supportive and I have definitely received the best care and support. You are able to see a doctor even though the covid pandemic. All staff are excellent from receptionist through to GP’s / nurses /secretaries. I would definitely recommend joining this practice.

    Impossible to get an appointment, unless you stand outside at 8am when they open, then all they want to give you is a phone call.
