    A specialist dermatologist prescribed me a special cream to manage my skin disorder. When I collected my prescription I got home to find it was not included I contacted the surgery and was told it was in hand and ready or collection Friday. It wasn't ready - a week later collected the prescription to find it was not what was prescribed. Spoke on the phone and told to return it - on return advised I would be phoned to collect the right cream the next day. No call received and when went back to surgery advised they wouldn't supply the prescribed cream. Terrible service even though those at the surgery seemed to try their best.

    This GP practice is excellent and I’m so lucky to be a patient there. I never struggle to get an appointment for myself or my baby and I really appreciate that.

    I really like this practice. The staff are great and have always been able to deal with my issues. Whether it’s for me my kids or my husband. I have always managed to get an appointment when needed and the econsult service is very efficient. The staff have always been able to deal with clinical needs and admin. And they are very friendly. I also had a coil put in and it was a great experience.
