   I’ve been a part of this practice ever since I was born. Recently I gave birth to my baby who was also registered under the practice until we moved homes. Once notifying the practice of my new address and that I was seeking a new GP, they couldn’t wait to ring me to say they were kicking my and my son off the service. Whilst I was waiting for my new GP to accept us, my newborn baby still needed medical attention and the treatment we received was disgusting. It was like we were treated as not important because we were now leaving. I experienced my baby’s appointments being cancelled without notification which were mandatory vaccinations etc resulting me showing up for appointments that had been cancelled with no notice or reason. I was then asked to back another time even though the nurse was clearly free as she had my slot now available and managed to fit us in within ten minutes. I then experienced the doctors not reviewing my baby’s prescriptions for medication he needed for upto 5 days. When I queried the service I was told it was because I was leaving the practice however I was still under the practice and so was my baby so they were still obligated to provide us medical care until we were accepted by our new GP
