    Been told by pharmacist that I need to see my GP I’ve tried for 5 days to make an appointment nothing just told to ring at 8 next day by the time you get through they have all gone.I work for the NHS so I know things can be difficult but this practice is a joke and seriously needs improving I am currently trying to register elsewhere

    This practice has an excuse for everything been with this practice for a very long time i can never get an appointment soon as you get through to them they say no appointments left their excuse is they have too many patients but yet they keep on registering new patients every day dont understand why they keep registering more patients but can't give patients appointments even getting your repeat medication is a big problem for this surgery they always getting it wrong this surgery really needs some structure in place.

    I am never critical of Nhs as I know the pressures. But this practice has completely exhausted me and I cannot find a way to gt through the phone system. I have decided that it is not possible to get through and so will just suffer my illness and not try to get through any further. I do not feel I have an emergency (at least not yet) to warrant A and E attention and do not want cause a problem there as they are already under pressure. It is simply not possible to get through to the GP practice using the number we have or through the E-consult system and that is the case no matter how many times I try or whatever day of the week it is. Pharmacist has said i really need to see GP and a GP I know who is not in Bradford has said I should not delay seeing GP because this is a preventable problem if treated early but I have said I cannot get through and he said that is not good enough. You have to find a way otherwise you might regret it. I am really upset by this but the practice wont answer the call and don't have any systems for people to walk in so other than nothing, what can I do?

    We have been making a follow up almost every 1-2 weekd since june for a medical report for our insurance provider, we came personally, called and emailed them but nothing happenede. They’ll just say either they will escalate to the person handling it, sometimes receptionist said that they have already sent a reply but the insurance provider did not received anything from them, then after a week made a follow up again, they said that it is still on process, don’t know who’s telling the truth! It’s so frustrating as it’s been almost 5 months now and the degree of effort we have been making to make follow ups with them and yet nothing has been done on the surgery’s side. Emailed them as well 4 times no reply even once! Don’t even know where to escalate it further as receptionist would not disclose anything, all they will tell you everytime is they will make a Follow up with the person handling it!

    Put august 22 in because had to put a date in have not been in 3 years because I work can’t get any appointments This practice if you would call it that should be ashamed of the lack of healthcare they supply. I would like to review a doctor but unfortunately the reception never answer the phones and if you go to surgery they tell you to ring. Catch 22. So you can never get to see a doctor. Great news tried to order meds can’t have them till I see nurse 4 months wait! So no medicine for 4 months. The question needs to be asked how much does this practice receive in public funds and is it value for money In my view not.

    Dear Patient Sorry to hear that we have fallen short of providing a good service for you. We are aware that there are problems getting through to us as we are extremely busy. On average we receive 1000 calls a day. Our Care Navigators work extremely hard to answer as many calls as possible and help our patients. Sorry to hear you have not been able to get an appointment. There are some number ways of getting an appointment with us. Phone e-Consult NHS App Systemonline (Log in details can be obtained from any of our sites) We are able to run reporst to ascertain if there are issues online and how long the call took to answer.     Not happy regarding service received regarding booking appointments . I filled in 2 e-consultations and received poor communication. First e-consult I requested a call back but not got any and just received a prescription sent to my pharmacy via text. Second e-consult I received an appt without being informed and had to contact the surgery and wait 40 minutes when I was number 5 in the queue to find out an update.
