The Yellow Card app lets you report suspected side effects for medicines and vaccines to the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).
It gives you easy access to the MHRA's latest safety information. You can also see how many reports the MHRA has received about medicines and vaccines that interest you.
Who is it suitable for?
Anyone who wants to report a suspected side effect of a medicine or vaccine, or get updates from MHRA.
How does it work?
You can use the Yellow Card app to:
- report a suspected side effect of a medicine or vaccine, including herbal products and homeopathic remedies
- track new safety information published by the MHRA about medicines and vaccines
- create a watchlist for information on medicines and vaccines you are interested in
- view how many reports the MHRA has received about medicines and vaccines
