The WorryTree app aims to help you take control of worry wherever you are.  

You can use the app to record whatever you feel worried about. It uses cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques to help you notice and challenge your worries. It can also help you create an action plan for managing worry. 


Who is it suitable for?

Anyone who wants to take control of their worrying. 

The WorryTree app was designed to work alongside CBT, but you can use it as a worry recording app without CBT.  

How does it work?

You can use the WorryTree app to record your worries, wherever you are. 

The app then uses CBT techniques to: 

  • ask you to answer a series of questions and make decisions about your worries
  • help you challenge your worries and decide if you can control them or not
  • give you ways to distract yourself from your worries and move on with your day
  • help you create an action plan to take control of your worries
