Squeezy for men
Category: Body areas
Squeezy helps men to remember to do their pelvic floor muscle (kegel) exercises and to do them in the right way.
Who is it suitable for?
Squeezy is suitable for men who want to exercise their pelvic floor muscles to try and prevent problems like premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction and urinary incontinence.
The app is particularly aimed at men who are following a specialist exercise programme set by a men’s health physiotherapist.
How does it work?
The app reminds you when you need to exercise and you can record the number of exercises you've completed.
It comes pre-set with a standard set of exercises, but it can be personalised with a programme set by a specialist physiotherapist.
It has visual and audio features to help you with your programme.
You can share your exercise record with physiotherapists to help them decide on further treatment programmes.
