NHS Pulse is an online survey for NHS employees. It gives staff the chance to have a say on issues such as the level of support they're receiving at work during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The survey has been designed by a specialist employee engagement agency called Karian and Box.
Who is it suitable for?
The survey is suitable for all NHS employees.
How does it work?
Employees who feel listened to are more likely to feel connected and engaged with the NHS, which results in improved performance.
The NHS Pulse survey allows you to:
- feel listened to and have your say during the COVID-19 pandemic
- answer a range of questions and express your opinions on the current situation
- give feedback to your senior leadership team by completing an open comments section
How do I access it?
You can access the NHS Pulse survey on the NHS People Pulse website. It works with any device and any browser.
The service is being provided free of charge for 6 months.
