The NHS Go app lets you access information about issues such as mental health, relationships and puberty. The content is taken from the NHS website and is therefore up to date and clinically approved.
You can receive notifications about health information that is relevant to you, find out about local services in some areas and take part in quizzes to test your health knowledge.
The app also explains the rights you have as an NHS patient.
