Telecare in our lives - Tracey and Lynette's story 

When Jean was diagnosed with dementia, it fell to her daughter Tracey and partner Lynette to support her as unpaid carers. Thanks to Telecare, Tracey and Lynette were able to carry on working and living independent lives while providing Jean with the care and support she needed.
