Community Pharmacy Patient Satisfaction Survey 2017-2018
All pharmacies are required to conduct an annual community pharmacy patient questionnaire (Patient Satisfaction Survey). This questionnaire allows patients to provide valuable feedback to community pharmacies on the services they provide. We are pleased to share the findings from our survey (attached below).
Thank you to all our patients who completed the questionnaires on the instore iPad. Your views are invaluable in helping us to develop our services. Your feedback was very encouraging. We intend to take all constructive feedback on board and look to better our services on a daily basis.
