The New Epsom and Ewell Community Hospital (NEEECH) has community beds and our inpatients primarily come to NEECH hospital for rehabilitation.
NEECH telephones inpatients when they go home, to ask if they would recommend the ward to their friends and family, if they were to need similar care or treatment. This is known as the NHS Friends and Family Test.
Friends and Family result for February 2018: 85% (6 people) would recommennd the ward to Friends and Family, no one responded that they would not recommend. One person (15%) said they were nether likely nor unlikley to recommend the ward to friends and family needing similar care or treatment.
The Friends and Family question asks recently discharged inpatients 'how likely would you be to recommend the ward to your friends and family if they were to need similar care or treatment'. The score is the percentage of patients responding to the question who would be either likely or extremely likely to recommend the ward.
