The following bus routes serve the NNUH: FirstBus 12, 21, 22 and 24, Konect 3,4 and 9, Anglian 123 and 124. The hospital is served by a Park and Ride service from Costessey (A47) and the P&R bus service is Konect 9.


All stays under 30 minutes are free. Within the first 30 minutes the car park ticket will not need to be validated through the pay machine.

Evening and Weekend Charges

Monday to Friday 17.30 to 06.00: £2.00
Saturday and Sunday – all day: £2.00

There is free disabled parking close to all entrances.

Visiting information

Most of our wards have their visiting times between 2-4pm and 6-8pm but times do vary so please check with the ward staff. We do ask that there are only two visitors per patient at any one time and that mobile phones are not used on the wards. Mobiles can be used in public areas of the hospital.
