Travel information

Road information Travelling on the M56, at junction 15 take the M53 to junction 12. At the roundabout take the exit signed Chester. At the next roundabout take the third exit and follow the signs to the hospital. Bus information You can travel to the Countess of Chester Hospital on one of many buses, from the City Centre and surrounding districts More information can be found here. Local direction If you are travelling on the M56, at junction 15 take the M53 to junction 12. At the roundabout take the exit signed Chester. At the next roundabout take the third exit and follow the signs to the hospital. Rail information Bache station, on the Chester to Liverpool line, is a short walk from the hospital. There are trains to this station every 30 minutes from both Liverpool and Chester.

Parking

The Trust operates a pay on foot system – similar to those of the Grosvenor Centre, Liverpool 1, and Manchester Airport. Many patients and visitors are exempt from paying the charge, including patients on certain benefits, disabled badge holders attending an appointment, some regular patients and families of patients in certain units.

From July 3rd 2011, the following charges apply:
