We endeavour to see patients in pain during normal working hours. Out of hours service is provided by the local Area Team. Please phone the practice and the service details are available via the answer phone.
The practice premises are accessible to wheelchairs.
This practice conforms with the Data Protection Act 1998. Data is strictly confidential and will only be released after written authorisation from the patient. Government agents have rights of access to NHS data.
If you need to cancel an appointment we require 24 hours notice.
NHS patients who fail more than one appointment could be deregistered from the practice.
Private patients breaking appointments without notice will incur a charge of £1 per minute.
We treat all complaints in confidence and see them as an opportunity to improve our service. Please ask for the manager, or express your concerns in writing addressed to the practice manager.
We hope that you will use our Practice Complaints Procedure. We believe this will provide the best chance of putting right whatever has gone wrong and an opportunity to improve our practice. But this does not affect your right to approach the local Area Team, if you feel that you are dissatisfied with the result of our investigation.
