Practice Complaints Procedure

At Crewe Dental Care we take great care to provide excellent Customer Service for our patients.

However, should you wish to raise any issue with us we have a stringent Complaints Policy.

You may make a complaint verbally or in writing either to the Practice Manager, Christine Hall or to the Principal, Graeme Hall.

All complaints are dealt with courteously, promptly and confidentially so the matter can be resolved as quickly as possible. We will acknowledge any complaint in writing and enclose a full copy of our complaints procedure, within three working days of receipt. We will seek to investigate the complaint within ten working days of the complaint being made. If we are unable to investigate the complaint within ten working days we will notify the patient, giving reasons for the delay and a likely period within which the investigation will be completed. We will confirm the decision about the complaint in writing immediately after completing our investigation.
