Our approach to your healthcare

Our ambition is to offer the highest standard of care, in even the most deprived communities. Our work with challenged patient groups, such as the homeless makes us believe this is possible. We also believe that if we aspire to genuinely "make a difference" for patients then others who feel similarly will want to join us.

The Hurley Group started this process in 2006 by transforming the clinical care provided by a single practice in the heart of Peckham, and in a few short years we have grown into a team of over 250 doctors, nurses and managers providing care across 15 practices, four walk-in centres and 3 A&E Departments.

Central to our philosophy is the provision of an exceptional quality of care. We encourage all clinicians to attain the highest standard within their own profession. We closely monitor the performance of each service within the Group to ensure patients receive the best service possible

How to get your test results

On average please allow seven working days for your test results to come back from the hospital unless your doctor has advised otherwise. Please note that X-ray results take a little longer. For your test results please telephone the surgery on 020 3049 2370. We cannot always give full results over the phone., If the result is complicated, or if the doctor wants to see you about the result, we will offer you an appointment. We will only give results to the person who has had the test.

How to get a prescription

If you are a walk-in patient being seen as "immediate and necessary" you will need to book in for an appointment to see the Doctor or Nurse Practitioner when you arrive at the Practice and discuss it with the clinican. We can issue short term quantities of repeat prescriptions until you can make an appointment with your usual GP.

If you are a registered patient with the Practice you can  make an appointment in advance to see the Doctor or Nurse Practitioner, and if you are requesting a repeat prescription you can leave that request with the Reception Team. Please allow 48 hours before collection.
