Telephones

When a member of staff from the surgery telephones someone outside of the surgery, e.g. a patient, the number which is left for that person is not the surgery number. If you dial this number, a recorded message will inform you that "the caller is not available to receive calls on this number".

Guide to GP services

You can download or view a copy of 'It's your practice - a patient guide to GP services' as described above. However, this guide was produced before the 2013 NHS reorganisation, and so refers to some organisations and procedures that no longer exist. However, it still contains a great deal of helpful information about GP practices themselves.

June 2015 Oak Vale are awaiting news of an update of this document.
