Urgent and routine appointments with a GP either sameday or in advance are now available in Hackney. Patients registered with a City and Hackney GP Practice can book an appointment for this service through their GP Practice. These appointments are not suitable for all types of problems. (NB This isnt a walk in service. )

The opening hours are 4pm to 8pm weekdays and 8am to 8pm weekends and Bank Hoidays. You can book an appointment by contacting your ow GP Practice.

Appointments are available at Nightingale Practice,(E5), The Hoxton Surgery(N1) , The neaman Practice (EC1), Stamford Hill Group Practice (N16) and Richmond Road edical Centre(E8)


Out of hours

.If the surgery is closed please ring 111 which is the number for the Out of Hours Service provided by London Ambulance service.. After an initial telephoen assessment you will either be given advice over the phone, booked into one of the HUB clinics to be seen by a doctor .or be  booked for a home visit depending on the medical emergency. This is the first point of contact for patients when the Practice is closed

EXTENDED HOURS The Practice offers extended hours with the Doctor and Nurse every Monday from 6:30pm to 7;00pm - Pre-booked appointments only. Rosewood Practice is now a Extended Access HUB and patients can be booked into the HUB from 6:30pm to 8pm via their own Practice

We are currently registering new patients but on a rota system . There are 3 Practices in Fountayne Road Health Centre and we take turns to register new patients but if a patient wants to specifically register with our Practice we are happy to register them Please register during reception hours
