NHS England Complaints Management Process
Due to the NHS organisational changes that became effective from the 1 April 2013, the process for managing primary care complaints that would have been dealt with by the PCT will now be managed by NHS England. If a patient wishes to complain they can either contact the GP practice or NHS England as follows:

If patients have any comment or complaint about a hospital, mental health or community trust, patients can contact them directly or through the North Hampshire Clinical Commissioning Group, Central 40, Lime Tree Way, Chineham Business Park, Basingstoke. RG24 8GU
