Refurbishment!

High Oak patients have been very patient for over 10 years but the promised new build is still not on theimmediate Agenda.  However we hope that planning permission will be gtanted for us to have a substantial extension to the existing building.  This should give us additional clinic rooms, offices and proper toilet facilities.  We remain hopeful that this srefurbishment will be carried out within the next few months

We appreciate your patience

CQC Visit

We were recently visited by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) who have to inspect every GP practice to report on how well we respons to patient needs, patient safety and infection control.

They look for ideas and innovation and were impressed with some of the work that High Oak has been involved with. After a gruelling day we were awarded a Good overall with some extra excellent feedback regarding our innovations and ideas.

Thanks toall of the staff for their hard work and to all patients who contributed to the day
