Our opening times are 8.30am - 6.00pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. 08.30am - 12.30pm Thursdays. We have federated with Great Bridge Partnerships for Health to cover opening 8.00am - 8.30am and 6.00pm - 6.30pm and Thursday afternoons. Please ring the surgery during these times and a number will be on the answer machine message for you to ring if you need to speak to someone before the surgery re-opens.

* Practice population under PROACTIVE CARE PROGRAMME.
WBPFH is now an "AMBER" site. Which means that patients cannot walk in to request prescrptions or appointments etc.
In an attempt to reduce the spread of Coronavirus we have changed to a telephone triage service for the foreseeable future. This means that your consultation will be over the phone. Any patients who are clinically in need of being seen will be given an appointment in the amber site.
Home visit facility is available for elderly, housebound and nursing home patients.
Extended appointments are available on request. eg: elderly, special needs patients etc.
