The Beech Grove Practice Team work very flexibly and every team member is available for advice. Within the team we have special interests and responsibilities but we all try to support one another. Beech Grove Surgery Lake is a branch surgery with our main surgery at Brading. All Patients may attend either surgery and all Doctors and staff work at both surgeries. When our branch surgery is closed phone calls are automatically transferred to our main surgery at Brading - your electronic medical records are available at both surgeries. Out of Hours there will be an answer machine message advising you to call 111 for any medical problem that cannot wait until we re-open but is less urgent than 999. We welcome new patients to our list so please don't hesitate to give us a call or pop in and our reception team will be happy to help you.
When the Surgery is closed and you need medical help fast, but it is less urgent than 999 you should telephone 111. Chest pains/and or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
