Opened in 2005 Somerset Bridge Medical Centre is a purpose built Medical Centre conveniently located on the south side of Bridgwater on the (A38) Taunton Road and is on the main bus route for Bridgwater and the surrounding areas.

We currently have 2 GP partners and three salaried GPs (three male and two female), who work as part of a highly skilled multi-disciplinary primary care team.   Working as part of the National Health Service (NHS), the doctors, nurses and other staff at Somerset Bridge Medical Centre aim to provide patients with the best information, choice and guidance on medical and social care and well being. We offer a comprehensive range of primary medical services, running specialist clinics for diabetes, anti-coagulation initiation and monitoring, travel health, weight management service, asthma monitoring and cryotherapy.  We undertake minor surgical and extended minor surgical procedures for both our patients and patients from neighbouring pracctices.  The medical centre benefits from an on-site Lloyds pharmacy, who's opening times coincide with the medical centre enabling convenient dispensing of medication.

We are open Monday - Friday from 8.00am - 6.00pm. On Wednesdays we stay open until 8pm to accommodate workers.  A patient/staff car park is conveniently located to the rear of the practice.
