COMING SOON - GP 2 GP Patient Record Transfer

The practice has the facility to transfer patient records between practices, this facility will be used when a patient registers or leave the Practice.

This new process will reduce delays in your medical records being received at the Practice or being sent to your new Practice and will allow your records to be available to the doctors and teams as soon as you require an appointment.

COMING SOON - Summary Care Recor

Our Practice is switched on for Summary Care Record soon - what does this mean for you!

A Summary Care Record will be created for each patient.

This means if you visit an emergency service anywhere in England, the person responsible for treating you will be able to, with your permission, view which medication you are taking - this means the person who is treating you will be able to offer you the best care.
