Fabulous service, kind,considerate Knowledgeable a pleasure to deal with.The team , went way beyond what was expected of them,what a change from the automated systems when you can't speak to a person.

The Admissions Team at Woodlands Hospital deserve particular praise for the initial but important organisation of my appointments. I received notification of my surgery on the Bank Holiday as I was leaving for my holiday abroad. No problem, the team helpfully reviewed the options for my pre assessment and surgery appointments. They were super accommodating in helping plan my trip back for pre assessments and then arranging the follow ups and surgery. The end result was minimum disruption to my holiday and the certainty of return for my surgery.

Went in for TKR, staff were so helpful and nothing was to much trouble, also greeted you with a smile, catered to every need while their, food very good standard and drinks were always hot and served fresh, room very comfortable and clean comfortably warm, for a time of crisis they were outstanding in every thing and all staff gave very good care

I needed to change an appointment this morning and the person I spoke to was extremely courteous and helpful. They asked me to leave it with them as they were unable to change it whilst I was on the phone and promised to call me back once they had sorted it out. Within 5 minutes I was called back, my new appointment was confirmed and a letter confirming my appointment was emailed to me. Excellent service and patient care!

I was introduced to Woodland Hospital by my GP for a Gallbladder operation. I received a high quality of care and attention throughout my visits. All staff were extremely kind and caring throughout my stay.

I could not have been looked after any better, there was always someone in attendance and they were very caring. The hospital was absolutely spotless. Would highly recommend to everyone. Thank you.

I have undergone two surgical procedures at the Woodlands hospital, a knee replacement last year, and a reverse polarity shoulder replacement this February. The level of care and attention has been truly superb, from the receptionists, the pre-op visits, the most excellent surgical team, the nursing staff, and finally, the physiotherapists. The wards are so clean, and the food is wonderful. Well done Woodlands hospital!

Very good service would highly recommend.The staff are friendly ,Hospital is clean,appointments are to time and next booked appointment was all made whilst present.
