I’ve left 7 voicemails and heard nothing back. I’ve had to go to Redditch now when Kidderminster was my local one. God forbid I have to use this service again.

i visited the clinic for a normal checkup and had a couple issues with some tests, the nurses were so kind and reassuring the entire time as it caused quite a scare, thankfully everything was clear but i was so grateful to the nurses

Very upset as I have received help and lots of support previously. The two nurse I spoke to this time were the complete opposite! Not understanding in the slightest and very generally unhelpful - like talking to a robot repeating itself! I was diagnosed over the phone with a condition which was unbearably uncomfortable and the nurse was so supportive and helped me get the medication to get this. I had corona at the time so I could not go in for a consultation. I then had the condition again so easily was able to collect more tablets to help this. However this time, I cannot get the tablets as a preventative even though the nurses I spoke to previously advised I do this to avoid certain triggers and another case of the condition. There was nothing the nurses could do or any helpful advice given, these people are suppose to support and help people not leave a customer crying on the phone! - very disappointed with the nurses I spoke to and that they spoke to me like I was a problem rather than a human being who just wanted some help and advice. I have had to sort it out myself and order and pay for some online instead now. Healthcare and gone majorly downhill - nothing is easy anymore.
