    They do not answer the phone and there are no contact details on the website. I have tried to get a prescription delivered but despite staying in all day I was amazed to get a text saying they had tried to deliver it but I was not in. The text has a link to rebook but when used said there was no link to the sever. I have tried ringing at lease 10 times and it just rings out. How am I supposed to get my prescription

    Dear Anonymous Thank you for your review, I was sorry to hear you have had issues with your delivery and contacting the team. I am aware the team have had severe IT issues over the past few days, these are now resolved but I have checked both our website and the NHS website entry for the pharmacy and both do have the telephone number available. https://thehubpharmacy.com/whitegate-health-centre-pharmacy It may be worth a double check that you have contacted the right pharmacy, and that the text you have received is a genuine text from another pharmacy and not a scam as the pharmacy do not send texts for missed deliveries with links to rebook.     Visited the pharmacy twice over the weekend to get antibiotics for my baby. Both times they didn’t have any in stock, which is completely not their fault. However, the attitude and communication from the staff is extremely poor. Unwilling to give you any advice of other pharmacies, or how to help baby in the meantime, and are quite rude and abrupt. Definitely got the feeling they just wanted you out rather than wanting to help- not really demonstrating ideal values for an NHS service.

I'm sorry that they didn't show you the NHS website (www.nhs.uk) and how you can use that site to locate pharmacies that are open to support your health needs over the weekend.     With the festive season approaching I got my prescription order in on 15th Dec and today (21st), I rang to ask when it would be delivered. The conversation went as follows : pharmacy "You always get it delivered" myself "Yes but when will it arrive" pharmacy "You haven't had it yet ?" myself "No that's why I'm ringing" pharmacy "It's been done" myself "Ok then when will it be delivered" pharmacy "I'm not sure where it is but we have done it" myself "So it's been done but misplaced ?" pharmacy "Something like that ye, is tomorrow ok" myself "Hopefully it will be found for then, but yes that's fine" This pharmacy used to be spot on 100% of the time and I do appreciate that staff change and to keep a constant 100% is an impossible achievable goal, but at least keep aiming for above 50%. Sometimes they deliver within a few days other times your chasing up your prescriptions or walking down to see where they are, nothing is consistent with this pharmacy since the pandemic and I personally am getting tired of keep typing varying reviews for the place

  4. Review titled The new manager is amazing

    I left a review in May about this pharmacy and how it has declined since it opened and of course after the effect of the pandemic. I have to say the improvement since the new manager started is immense and has improved 100%. Even the staff attitude seems a lot more positive, so if the old saying about a "New brush sweeps clean" is anything to go by bring it on.

  5. Review titled Used to be great but now terrible

    Since Covid this place has really lost it's way. All the lovely staff has left along with the good service. Me and my partner are registered disabled and even though we are down for regular prescriptions being delivered more often than not they forget and I have to go down myself and don't even get an apology for the delivery being forgotten. Have tried ringing many times but the phone just rings off the hook and you never get a replay. It needs a whole new team because it's the blind leading the blind at the moment

    Never had problems before and staff very professional but cannot understand why now I’m waiting over 40 minutes for my prescription to be told it’s not all available! The medicine was ordered 8 days ago This is a real concern and the chemist was full of customers unhappy about waiting so long
