It’s chaos in there. Can never fulfil a repeat prescription, they never got them, have to give emergency tablets out, go back in and can only part fulfil the order,keep having to go back in. So fed up of this place. Someone look into their process and operation. Makes me anxious and it’s not doing my health condition any good at all

In recent months this pharmacy has become an absolute shambles - medication unavailable, long queues of disgruntled customers, phone never answered when trying to order medication, wrong items dispensed, denial that medications ordered even when you have gone there in person to order. Just total chaos! Avoid if you can

It has been impossible to contact this pharmacy by telephone for a significant period of time. It would appear calls are ignored or cut off. Unacceptable.

They leave phone off hook so they don’t answer leaving sick people who can’t get out with no other option but to go to gp for answers

A lovely blonde haired lady serving customers was very helpful to me because she could see I was uncomfortable and in pain whilst waiting for migraine medication. She sped the process up and thanked me for my patience.
