   Attended West Street clinic on 4th October, as they were listed as offering a walk-in Covid vaccine service between 9am-6pm. Arrived at 1.15 to be told that they had closed for lunch between 1-2pm, so waited in the car. Just before 2 we went to join the queue only to be told that it would be appointment only in the afternoon. I checked and the NHS site was still advertising a walk-in service all day. We had travelled 30 minutes each way to attend. This was extremely frustrating yet completely avoidable.
