    I queued for 10 minutes to request my prescription, I got to the counter and they said it isn't ready yet but it will be made up in 20 minutes. My prescription was sent to them 2 days before so it should have been ready to collect, I hadnt been able to collect the day before because the system was down apparently. I walked away, gave it 30 minutes as I saw they were busy and then came back, this time to queue for 5 minutes before getting to the counter. I asked for my prescription again only to be told that it was indeed ready for me to collect and that she hadn't seen it before. I then collected my antibiotics and cream and gladly paid £18.70 for the service! I am now pushed for time trying to get ready for a job interview. Thank you Well pharmacy for a job well done.
