    It now takes 2 full weeks for a repeat prescription to be dispensed. I was 8th in the queue this morning and only 1 of those people was able to collect their full prescription - everyone else was asked to come back later. I actually feel sorry for the staff who are polite but incredibly busy, how demoralising for them to have to continually disappoint customers. Well need to be more considerate of their staff and their customers and employ enough people to provide a decent service.

    I ordered my prescription on 3th Agust , I received a text message from them today 10th August that my prescription is ready to collect when I went one of the staff said oh they weren't ready. when I said how come they weren't ready she said pharmacist needed to check it and they are behind which I don't buy it, then I said but I received confiration from them she said only one item is ready. this is not first time that I go to pick up my prescrition and it is not ready. I don't go early I always waite until I get the confirmation. It is very bad service.

    I would like to thank everyone who works in fearnhead chemist, you all work so hard, people moan about the service but they don't appreciate how hard your job can be,I have always found you to be very helpful and friendly and i really do appreciate and respect you all, it's not fair that you don't get recognised for all the hard work you do, so thank you for all your help and support xxx

    For regular repeat prescriptions it now takes a week or more from when prescription is sent from GP. This week I had an extra prescription for urgent meds sent from the GP 2:30 on Tuesday. Not ready Tuesday evening. Not ready on Wednesday, told to come back the next day. Still not ready on Thursday, told to come back the next day. Friday, still not ready. No apology, just an ‘I don’t care’ shrug of the shoulders and a dirty look because I dared to let her know, not aggressively, that I was not happy. I know they are busy but waiting so long for an urgent prescription is not acceptable.

    I am stuck at home with covid not wanting to go to the pharmacy in the fear of spreading it 2 days before, I have called the pharmacy 30+ plus over the duration of the day to check a prescription for my child who is also ill with covid has been received, to arrange collection to no avail!!! They stand around looking busy maybe they should try a little customer service in times of need!!! So annoying took 98 Times to get through to the doctors for the prescription in the first place… appalling service

    From the time the surgery approves a repeat prescription to the time Well actually hand it to you is now regularly more than a week. Far too long!
