    This pharmacy is a shambles, staff are rude and unhelpful. Never get a smile or eye contact. I will be changing to another pharmacy as it’s getting very stressful for me going into this place

    I’ve used this pharmacy as needed over the last 3 years as it’s very close for me. There have been long term issues with one particular member of counter staff who is very rude, loud, and breaches confidentiality frequently in my opinion (we would all know each others addresses and details if standing in the queue together, and on many occasions I’ve been sure customers would not have wanted the whole shop to know what they were receiving) To be fair though, the pharmacist and other staff are not the same, this is really just one member of staff. But in addition now I find too many delays and a generally rude attitude about this. I had to wait over a week for dispensing (over a week from them receiving the script) for a medication my young daughter needed and was met with a very dismissive and ‘not our fault’ attitude each time I went. I’m sure it isn’t their fault but if I’d known, rather than the repeated ‘it will be ready tomorrow come back then’ I would have taken the script elsewhere. I have honestly no faith they will have the medication in, get it in reasonable time, or communicate in an open and helpful way at all and will be changing pharmacies very shortly.

    After using this pharmacy for over 15 years, I am extremely disappointed with the attitude of the new Pharmacist. Slow response keeping customers waiting for up to an hour on each visit. Rudeness on the phone when I called for an update on medication after waiting for three weeks. The final straw was when they said they would no longer try to get my son's regular medication and would return the script to the GP in the future. I moved to a different pharmacist who confirmed there were not any supply problems and they sourced it in less than 24 hours.

    Pharmacist is extremely rude when I requested when my meds would be ready. He was not helpful when he said he couldn’t get the meds in. He refused to give me advice on what to do. He didn’t tell Me that I could take a code and go else where. It was my surgery that told me this!! When helping a friend who was in extreme pain, again he refused to help as he couldn’t get her meds in. I understand they’re under pressure but it takes a few professional to help patients and not be rude. This pharmacy is a shambles. Plus it’s closed on a Saturday!! How does this help working people?
