    Sadly since they took away the lovely lady manager and constantly sending different locums the service has declined rapidly. I’ve had same prescription for years yet over and again they forget to order, or order items I haven’t requested, miss items off and often miss my monthly order out completely. I’m in the text service to let me know meds have arrived but they don’t use it and don’t tell me there’s no driver to deliver so I just get left. Been trying to get my March meds since first week in April it’s now mid May. All blame each other or blame gp but I can see they haven’t ordered my items on system online. Very disorganised. I’m now going to change chemists .

    On many occiassions recently have visit pharmacy only for it to be closed with a note saying closed no pharmarcy on site. Visited for a booked Covid vaccine, no vaccine on site, blamed NHS, gave no alternertive, became aggressive when challenged. Told by pharmacist on the day because I challenged it that if I dont like the service to go elsewhere, I will do as instructed.
