    I phoned up in the morning and they got back to me within an hour with an appointment. Usually, this wouldn’t happen, however, I really appreciate their efforts.

    This pharmacy received a request for a repeat prescription with two items on Friday 28th July at 9.05 am. After getting no text to say it was ready I called in on Thursday 3rd August to be told there was only one item requested. When I showed them the order on the surgery app I was then told that the other item had been shipped out to an external source who couldn’t complete it. I was then asked to return in an hour for the two items. Why didn’t the pharmacy contact me? This is medication that I can’t muck about with. I’m wondering what would have happened if I’d relied on them to fill this prescription and left it till I had one left? Apart from that an hour is a while to fill wandering around because you can’t return to the car parks within four hours.
