    Ordered my repeat medication 2.5 weeks before I needed them and they weren't ready again. I even put a note on the request to say when I needed them but I shouldn't have bothered. I never had this problem with my last pharmacy and I'm sorry I changed but this one is nearer home. I hope it gets better as time goes on. Cannot fault the staff as they are doing the best they can.

    Customer service isn’t good at all. Absolute chaos, very long queue just to hand a prescription in. Looks like staff need more training in how to do their job and do it well. First time I’ve used this pharmacy and it will most definitely be my last! Avoid at all cost
