    having made a special journey to exchange a product that was wrongly sold to me the day before i arrived at 9.30 only to find yet again the pharmacy was closed due to the absence of the pharmacist this is a frequent occurrence last time this happened to me i was told that the pharmacist was travelling from London over 150 miles away this service is not good enough for people who need urgent medical supplies [sort it out]

    Phoned and after 4 mins phone was cut off tried for an hour what about people trying to get urgent meds or delivery that as not turn up I know staff or off with sickness but not even a message on phone to explain the reason why

    I visited this pharmacy today, to be served as usual in a quiet, efficient manner. I put the popularity of this pharmacy down to a caring culture of trying their best which clearly must come from the top. They are always pleasant, always helpful, despite at times having to deal with some customers who seem to want to monopolise the service. Well are excellent ambassadors for the NHS and for Bridport. Thank you.
