    Shocking experience today (again) queuing for 25 minutes had to leave to return to join queue and had to leave again empty handed and no medication. Shocking service or lack of!!!

    The services were horrible. There was no pharmacist in charge during opening hours on a Friday afternoon. When I returned the next day, it took them over 25 minutes to gather my prescriptions. But one important medication was missing. The pharmacist did not tell me! I found it out only when I opened the prescription bag. There was no advice as to what to do if I could not get the medication in time, and when it would be available. Furthermore, the staff there looked so indifferent and uncaring! The phone of the pharmacy was never answered. On average, I need to go there 3 to 4 times each time I need my medicine. It's a shame that it's the only pharmacy in the neighbourhood. We deserve a better service!

    I called the pharmacy about my mother’s repeat prescription, someone luckily answered the phone because he is going to use the phone and told me to call 111. After calling 111 I was asked to call the pharmacy within 30 minutes, I have been calling 41 times and nobody cares to answer my call. How will I get my mortars repeat prescription?

    No one is answering phone calls, I have made 52 calls after calling 111 for my mothers repeat prescription. I was told by 111 to call Marston pharmacy in 30 minutes after calling 111 but 52 missed calls nobody cared/ bothered to answer. Are the staff deaf? Or the phone is on silent so they don’t hear the calls?
