    In the past this pharmacy has been excellent, however since they came under well umbrella they have suffered. The staff here are under pressure caused by the big chain they belong to. I had a prescription sit for 10 days (until is run out of my meds) with no contact. I went in and asked - the staff apologised that the central office had not fulfilled it yet. I then had to take my prescription and ring several other local pharmacies to find out where I could get this fulfilled at such short notice. This terrible service from central office only pushes the problem to the counter front and the local staff suffer as a result. It's a shame I can only review individual pharmacies on this app and not chains, because the local staff are doing the best they can under the circumstances, and I've looked at a few other reviews for well pharmacies around the country only to see similar problems directed at the local staff
