The staff at weldricks St Andrews square, Bolton upon dearne are friendly and efficient, following a disabled friendly policy , but it’s policies are of no use as there is no wheelchair access to the premises,discriminating and isolating wheelchair users from the shop. As a carer I collect my client’s medication, I can’t leave her at home, she has to come along with me and be left outside while I go into the shop to collect them, clearly this shouldn’t be happening and you may suggest her having medication delivered but this is not the point she should be able to access services in her community and feel included Regards lesley

Called to ask questions regarding my prescription and the lady on the phone was absolutely lovely. Explained everything thoroughly and advised me with every question I had. Very understand and I highly recommend this Chemist.
