I was given half of my prescription as not in stock. I said I was going on holiday for a month. I was told I’d been given 3 months so had plenty of time to collect the remainder. I returned for the remaining tablets and was told I needed to get another prescription even though I’d paid for a 6month supply and had the owing note. The pharmacist was adamant that she wouldn’t give me any more tablets and I’d have to pay again. I contacted the doctors who said the pharmacist was wrong and the prescription lasts 6 months so they should have given me the tablets.

I had to go in to the shop since my prescription was missing. I had no tablets left and the gent at the time told me call to get a paper trail to cover there back for a emergency prescription which I did and had a email sent over to allow this. When I got my medication although the lady on the phone told me I would receive all my medication the gent gave me 5 days worth of tables and told me I would have to call the doctor on Monday to get the rest. So I had to pay the full price to get the first 5 table which would be subtracted from my total amount when I collected the rest. When I got the doctors to send the order to the chemist I went and collected them but again I had to pay the full amount again to get the rest of my medication which I had already paid 2 days before and I was missing 5 days worth of tablets. So I had to pay twice to get the correct amount which should have been handed to me in the first place.... Just rubbish. I would expect a little fee for the 5 emergency tablets but not the full price are at least the rest of the medication for free since I've already paid...... Just a scam or con.

Have left messages at various times, have not replied, excuse the system must be down! No one at the pharmacy is taking responsibility for the messaging service. Phoned this morning two items to collect, will be ready for you in the early afternoon. Called in waited 20 minutes before being attended to, then told they don’t have any Paracetamol tablets in stock ! Plenty on the shelves but I would have to buy them ! No should have them in tomorrow.

Never have prescriptions ready ,definitely not to be relied upon especially if you need the medication to stay alive . Need training or new staff

I collected my prescription after the app told me it was ready for collection after checking it in the pharmacy I found there was tablets missing, I notified the staff who only then said oh yes they are out of stock, then someone from the back shouted he will have to ask his doctor for an alternative. If I hadn’t checked I would have gone home none the wiser and then returned only to be told the above. This was just the final straw many times I’ve been and not received my full medication having to return for items owed. I have now requested my doctor to move to another pharmacy even though it is a lot further away.
