  1. Review titled Total and utter incompetence

Rated 1 star out of 5

I cannot believe the sheer incompetence from the staff. It makes an utter beggar of belief. My mother has terminal cancer, she is diabetic, she has just undergone major surgery and has just left hospital with an infection for which she needs antibiotics. They gave my husband B12 tablets , after he had specified antibiotics, instead of the antibiotics she so desperately needs. I had to go back and get them before they closed. This is not the only time this has happened. Withholding her diabetic drugs because they had run out of other ( minor) drugs. And then when I do try to collect drugs the staff walk around as if they are in some kind of Norfolk version of a zombie film. They misplace prescriptions, have nothing ready and display no sense of purpose or indeed awareness that other people's health is at risk because of their colossal incompetence. Outrageous.

  2. Review titled Such a lack of compassion

Couldn’t fulfill full prescription, didn’t mention before- I couldn’t stand for long and could barely speak- when I asked if I could get it somewhere else was told I could take the whole prescription anywhere I liked- I needed to start treatment quickly, I was told the rest would be ready at 11-30 the next day- arrived at 4.30 to be told they would do it now. Didn’t ask if I knew how to use the inhaler- plus side I have all the prescription but no idea how to use the inhaler. Also do we all need to hear about the job vacancies in the area that they are applying for while waiting for our medicine?

  3. Review titled Rude receptionist

Rated 1 star out of 5

Dear sir/madam I am a carer of a care company for an elderly lady who uses this pharmacy, this elderly lady does not drive and does not have the capacity to order medication or collect, I phone the pharmacy nearly every month due to medication missing and mar chart missing. This certain phone call I made was the worst, The receptionist answered, As soon as I explained why I was calling she abruptly said that she couldn’t here me and presumed I was driving?! I answered no! I asked if she could hear me and she said no, I then said that I can hear her and she then said again that she couldn’t hear me, she then then hung up! If she couldn’t hear me then how could she answer my questions? I’m helping an elderly person with her medication that is also very important, The service I have received is absolutely appalling, To add to injury after phoning for the second time - the receptionist had then told me that the medication was Definetly in the bag… which it was not hence why I’m ringing, now made to feel like a liar I have taken photo evidence of what medication arrived and what didn’t, I really hope I don’t have to go through this ordeal again. If you could please forward this email on as a complaint I would be very grateful. Kind regards, Laura.
