    On collecting my repeat prescription which was not ready after being order last Tuesday I was informed it was not ready, when I asked as to why I was told we’ve been on holiday and this was then reported by the manager when I complained both staff told me if I wasn’t happy I could always go elsewhere. Very rude very unprofessional. Should not be allowed treat a 73 year old in this way.

    I had a bad experience with my GP practice and got told by a condescending battle axe on reception I would have to wait 2 months with a blocked ear that I could not hear out of so I went to the pharmacy to see if they could help. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed with a smile and immediately given several treatment options to choose from which worked within 2 days of receiving treatment. Great Staff, Swanky New premises and go above and beyond to adapt treatment to anyone while taking in to consideration any other conditions you may have. I suffer from severe anxiety and social phobia and CPTSD and they were very accommodating and understanding while dealing with me. 10/10 thank God you moved out of the cupboard in Portugal place because that place is toxic. Highly Reccomended
