   Went to the counter with general cold symptoms, asking for advice on certain medication that would be suitable and was met with a condescending tone and dismissive attitude by the sales assistant at the desk. They suggested a medicine and instantly entered the price into the keypad without any acknowledgement from myself, the customer. When I asked further questions, they expressed impatience.
