    Sadly I have to agree with the previous review. I have gone out of my way to use this pharmacy to support a local business. They were only able to partially fulfil one of my prescriptions, having only one pack of the three I needed in stock and I was told to come back in 2 days to pick up the rest on an iou. Went back 3 or 4 times to be told they didn't have it and didn't know when they would get it and I should get a new prescription for a different brand for which I would have to pay another charge. Staff didn't seem to understand why I had a problem with that. I would have taken the prescription elsewhere had I known upfront they couldn't fulfill it. On a second occasion the prescription was sent through at 12 and at 5pm it was still not ready and was told to come back the next day. It was one box of tablets. Everyone that came in while I was there was being told the same thing, some of them elderly. In future I'll use one of the bigger pharmacies in town.

    This is a sad day. I used to love this chemist it felt like part of the community. Welcoming they knew your name. Now it is dreadful . The service is shocking. Prescriptions never ready. Staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Had a prescription with them for 3 weeks waiting for stock. In the end found another chemist that had stuck. They would not release the already approved prescription told me to go and get another one from dr as there were other drugs on that had been dispensed. I just can’t understand why they couldn’t alter the prescription or write on already received on items that I’d had. What a waste of time for the drs surgery and my life. Completely unnecessary completely exhausting. Just rude rude people.
