The owner of this pharmacy is extremely unhelpful and unwelcoming. Pharmacy often hands out incorrect and tells customers their medication isn't there when it has been sent. Very inefficient wouldn't recommend to anyone

Well done to the pharmacy for a good experience getting both flu and Covid jabs and particularly for the new signage concerning parking. On our last visit we found ourselves with a large fine for parking in the health centre car park, assuming that the pharmacy giving nhs jabs was part of the health centre, so we were nervous about finding the correct place to park this time. However, we needn’t have worried as there are now prominent signs directing you to a large car park and a walkway through to the pharmacy. Our jabs were once again very efficiently and painlessly administered and with easy parking, we will certainly use their services again.

The staff are always very helpful . I booked my covid jab today and asked if I could have the flu one at the same time. This was no problem. Totally recommend this pharmacy

My husband and I visited today for our covid vaccination. We were offered a flu vaccination as well which we both had. The pharmacist was very friendly and put us both at ease. My husband didn’t realise she had administered the covid vaccination because she was so good! Thank you very much!

Went to get Covid Booster. Person who dealt with me was very unfriendly. Found their behaviour quite blunt and rude. I couldn't say anything as I needed to take the booster and silently left. I parked in a Blue Badge bay and ended up getting a Parking Ticket by post almost 4 weeks later. I rang the pharmacy to get advice and the response was many people get a penalty notice and to appeal it and there's nothing they can do!

They were so helpful, such a pleasant experience. Highly recommend. I called beforehand and they were able to confirm they had stock of what was needed.

Trying to get a covid booster jab our normal chemist was fully booked. So having done a search on NHS website we were directed to The Meiklejohn Centre, Kingswood Way, Bedford. Hever knew it was there, on arrival we were welcomed and asked if we had an appointment. We had not, but we were quickly in a private area. I handed over copies of our last prescriptions that had all the details required. A run through of questions, and the jabs were done. Fantastic service, can't thank them enough.

I went to get my prescription and they said it was out of stock, it’s my normal monthly prescription from them. When will it be here? We don’t know as there is none in the warehouse. Why couldn’t they contact me so I can get it elsewhere? This is the 4th time it’s happened but other chemists have them on the shelf!

Late to open after lunch. Even though I had a booster jab appointment, I had to join a first-come-first-served ticket 'system'. Very unwelcoming. Would not recommend to anyone.
