Awful service with rude and incompetent staff. They don't order all my medications and when contacted, I wait for it to be delivered and end up going to collect it after 4 days. Repeatedly fobbed off when inhalers aren't ordered and heart medications left out of blister packs. They simply do not care about risk to patients. I recommend anywhere else.

I have been waiting for my prescription if mertrazapine for 3 days I get it delivered same day I missed the first delivery my mum had nipped out and got back as soon as they left I rang to get it again they never turned up I rang today and was met with a rude woman on the phone who then abruptly ended the call when I said I can’t go anymore days without my tablets I need them today

Had to visit 5 times before they got my meds right, seemed inattentive and just not on the ball. Phone not answered for hours either.

Having joined this pharmacy several moths ago, not once have the medication been ready when stated. You see a different person each time who passes you to another. We ordered double prescriptions for our holidays and have been In numerous times to chase them up. The phones don't appear to work well either, you leave a message they don't get back to you. When mentioned to the staff they say we've have phone problems for weeks and we don't call people back we don't have time, you just have to keep ringing . There seems a lot of staff but they don't seem to communicate with each other .
