    Just had to attend to get an emergency supply of medication. The pharmacist was amazing with me and had it ready very quickly. Highly recommend thank you so much

    I visited the pharmacy one evening after Choc sent a prescription here. I patiently waited at the counter for approximately 5-10 minutes for someone to serve me…. No joy! It was not until after this time that another Tesco member of staff informed me the pharmacy was closed. I was surprised by this because the lights were still on in the pharmacy and the doorway into the pharmacy was still open. On closer inspection there was a small sign saying “closed” and advising of the actual opening times and no actual door to block off the pharmacy. Seems a bit rough around the edges!!!! Needs some maintenance work and clear signage/security

    Went to pick up prescriptions and they were closed. I was told that they would not reopen until the 30th of August or maybe later as they didn't have staff or a pharmacist. This problem has been going on for months with odd day closures and mix ups. My prescriptions were tied up there and nobody could get them to go somewhere else. I had to go to my doctors and change pharmacies then get a two week emergency issue. I spoke to Tesco manager and he didn't care and when I called Tesco head office they put me on forget. This Pharmacy should have its license withdrawn until it meets minimum standards as the way they are operating is simply unacceptable.
