I'm trying to check if my prescription has gone thru from GP to save me going instore from this horrible weather. However, no one answers the phone or someone just hangs up. It's terrible. I've been using their service for years as I find it very handy whenever I pop around to do my shopping at the same time. The queue at times was too long. The staff were very nice and approachable, i just don't what happened today. The system needs updating or better to change it. Its not nice to be treated like this where was their customer service!!

I have been using this pharmacy for many years, but over the last year the waiting times at the counter have become rediculess, my average wait is approximately 20 minutes,often longer. It would appear there is no system in place for finding prescriptions that have either been handed in or sent by GP's, or is it the lack of staff I don't know. I do hope management read this, because I've spoken to many people as they queue alongside me that are having the same poor service. A management response to this review would be nice, but I won't hold my breath.

The staff are nice enough but I’ve had 3 prescriptions go missing so far this year. I attended today to collect my medication and been advised that I’ve already collected it which I certainly have not. Yet another long call to the GP to sort out their errors. They’ve kindly moved me to a different pharmacy now.
